 Massage the region after applying the spray to your skin two to five times.  Although Magnesium Topical Spray is not an oil and will absorb rapidly, it may feel a little greasy after application.  Add 1-2 ounces to warm water and soak your feet for 20-30 minutes.  White residue may appear around the regions that were treated; this is simply salt residue that can be removed with a cloth.
