When combined with salicylic acid, betamethasone dipropionate is recommended for the treatment of hyperkeratotic and dry corticosteroid responsive conditions in which the cornified epithelium may impede steroid penetration. 
 Chronic lichenified eczema, lichen planus, lichen simplex, and chronic plaque psoriasis can all be treated with SalibetTM ointment.
