Doesn’t look like genuine product

I had a very bad experience with Med7 shopping. Couple of weeks back I bought same Product from med7 and the protein powder which they delivered is not dissolving properly in water and doesn’t taste like original vanilla. I pointed this to med7 online comment chat and they sent a message that they will contact regarding this. But hopeless ..
